COMMINGLING – BIGGER WIN AND PLACE BETTING POOLS
Starting 8 March 2014, Singapore Turf Club will commingle its WIN and PLACE pools into Tabcorp’s New South Wales (NSW) WIN and PLACE pools back in Australia for selected Perth races simulcasted here in Singapore.
Currently, Singapore Turf Club and Tabcorp’s NSW operate their own WIN and PLACE pools for Perth races independently.
With commingling, customers in Singapore and New South Wales will bet directly into combined WIN and PLACE pools for selected Perth races. The bigger pools will provide more stability and possibly better dividends for customers in both Singapore and New South Wales.
For a Perth race with commingled pools, all display monitors will show the WIN and PLACE dividends in blue. In the remote event that a race is not commingled, the dividends will be shown in white on our display monitors, as per current practice.
