Kickstart your career with Singapore’s only horse racing club by joining our two-year Emerging Talent Programme as an Emerging Talent Executive! You will also get the opportunity to be part of our Racecourse Project at Kranji and witness the transformation of the Racecourse into a permit leisure and recreational destination.

OUR PROGRAMME

OVERVIEW

The Emerging Talent Programme is a 2-year curriculum targeted at coaching and grooming talents with outstanding leadership qualities for an exciting and fulfilling career ahead.

 

PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS:

1. Structured Job Attachment

Candidates will get the opportunity to work in various departments. They will gain exposure to a wide spectrum of work through job attachments while acquiring a holistic understanding of the various functions.

2. Learning Experiences

Candidates will receive management development, leadership training, mentorship and exposure to different business facets through job rotations.

 

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE:
ELIGIBILITY

Minimum Second Upper Honours Degree or equivalent in any discipline (e.g. Business, Administration/Computing/Engineering)

Excellent co-curricular activities track record with proven leadership qualities

One year of working experience or less

QUALITIES & INTERESTS

Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

Driven, highly adaptable and agile

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

Keen interest in the equestrian industry
