Funds Transfer
 
Electronic Funds Transfer allows Telebet customers to conveniently deposit money from your nominated bank accounts into your Telebet account.

This service is available via the following Telebetting Services:

a)    TeleTote Service    [Tel no. (65) 6515 1888]
b)    MobileTote and MobileTote on iPhone
c)    Online Account Services


The approximate time needed to process the funds deposit requests are summarized as follows:
 
Banks
No. of banking days to process if sent before 8.15am (inclusive of the day of request)
No. of banking days to process if sent after 8.15am (inclusive of the day of request)
DBS/POSB
1 day
1 day (if request is send before 4 pm, otherwise it would take 2 days)
UOB
2 days
3 days
OCBC
1 day
2 days
Others (E.g: Citibank)
4 days
5 days
 
Enhanced Electronic Funds Transfer Service
Customers with DBS/POSB banks as their nominated fund transfer banks will enjoy a speedier service for their Electronic Fund Transfers during racedays (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
On every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday racedays, between 10.00am to 5.30pm, all fund deposit requests from your DBS/POSB bank account into your Telebet Account would be effected within 3 hours.
 
Confidentiality
Strict confidentiality will be maintained by the Club on all Telebet customers and their account particulars.
 
How to Apply
To apply, please download a copy of the Interbank GIRO application form below, duly complete it and submit to Telebet Service Centre.

Telebet Account Deposit Service via AXS Stations

Customers can now deposit funds into their Telebet account via AXS stations located islandwide. Simply select the Top-Up option on the main screen and then select the Singapore Turf Club icon to proceed. This service is available 24/7. A service fee of S$0.70 applies for every top-up request.

Deposits made before 11am will be available for use in Telebet accounts on the same day, whilst those made thereafter will be available on the next day.
