Totalisator Scheme

The Totalisator Scheme ("the Scheme") shall be operated and administered by the Singapore Turf Club ("the Club") on behalf of the Singapore Totalisator Board ("the Board").

The object of this Scheme is to provide for the establishment and operation of totalisators in respect of a race meeting by the Club, as the appointed agent of the Board.

The Scheme consists of the Rules and Regulations governing the conduct of totalisator betting.

There are five parts to the Scheme:

PART I          -    INTRODUCTION
PART II         -    OBJECT
PART III        -    DEFINITIONS
PART IV        -    RULES
PART V         -    REGULATIONS
