In all circumstances, the Stewards were satisfied that there was no rider error involved, therefore, no further action was taken.
A subsequent veterinary examination revealed that the horse returned having bled. In terms of MRA Rule 92(3), it will not be permitted to canter or gallop on the main training tracks of any racecourse for a period of two months, and may not start in any race for a period of three months, and then only after having satisfactorily passed a bleeder¿s test.

Bumped shortly after the start. Laid inwards under pressure over the final 300m.
Bumped on jumping.
Prior to the `All Clear¿ being given, Jockey T See, the rider of PERFECT COMMANDO, requested to view the race video when considering lodging an objection. After viewing the video, Jockey See believed that there was insufficient grounds to lodge the objection and the `All Clear¿ was declared.
S Noh, the rider of BROADWAY SUCCESS, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that near the 1000m, he permitted his mount to shift inwards, when insufficiently clear of SPEED UP (JP Van Der Merwe), which was checked and in turn resulted in crowding to HALIME (S John). When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea, the degree of interference and carelessness and submissions from Jockey Noh that he has been engaged to ride at the Singapore Race Meetings on Sunday, 03 March 2019, Friday, 08 March 2019 and Sunday, 10 March 2019. Jockey Noh was suspended from riding in races with effect from Monday, 11 March 2019 to Sunday, 17 March 2019 both dates inclusive (two Singapore Race Days) and was advised of his Right of Appeal.
