STIPE'S REPORT
SACRED GURU
Rider reported that his instructions were to obtain a position with cover, however, the gelding raced very keenly and he was forced to settle outside the leader.

PRATT STREET
A subsequent veterinary examination revealed that the horse returned having bled. In terms of MRA Rule 92(3), it will not be permitted to canter or gallop on the main training tracks of any racecourse for a period of two months, and may not start in any race for a period of three months, and then only after having satisfactorily passed a bleeder¿s test.

PAPERBACK TROOPER
Inside the 400m, shifted outwards to obtain clear running and in doing so, bumped PERFECT COMMANDO.
Rider reported that he was tightened at the start, therefore, settling further back than he would have liked.

KING WARRIOR
Overraced in the early and middle stages and had to be restrained to avoid the heels of SACRED GURU when it shifted inwards approaching the 1000m.

PERFECT COMMANDO
Raced wide without cover.
Rider reported that after jumping outwards and being bumped at the start, he was obliged to race wide throughout. He added that in the homestraight, the gelding felt awkward in its action and failed to finish the race off as expected. A subsequent veterinary examination revealed that the horse returned not striding out freely.
