STIPE'S REPORT LIM'S DASHING - CLASSIFIED Disappointed for a clear run passing the 300m between PIONEER SEVEN and LIM'S SINCERE and as a result, had to be steadied when shifted back inwards to obtain clear running near the 200m. LIM'S SINCERE Jumped away awkwardly and made contact with THUNDERSTRUCK. PIONEER SEVEN Which jumped away awkwardly, was bumped by RACER KING shortly after the start and as a result, shifted outwards and inconvenienced BASILISK. Raced wide without cover. RACER KING Shortly after the start, bumped PIONEER SEVEN. BASILISK Inconvenienced by PIONEER SEVEN shortly after the start. THUNDERSTRUCK Made contact with LIM'S SINCERE on jumping. Raced wide without cover. DASH Made contact with GOODFELLAS for a short distance after the start. Raced wide without cover. Rider reported that his mount was inclined to hang outwards throughout. A subsequent veterinary examination revealed that the horse returned not striding out freely. GOODFELLAS Which jumped away awkwardly, laid inwards for a short distance after the start and made contact with DASH. DRONE Near the 250m, was crowded for room when racing between RACER KING and THUNDERSTRUCK, blundered and dislodged its rider. Evidence was taken from V Duric, the rider of THUNDERSTRUCK and D Moor, the rider of RACER KING, regarding the incident and as the former rider, A Collett, was unable to give evidence, the Inquiry into the incident was adjourned to a date to be fixed.
