As the Stewards were of the opinion that this incident was of a result of the gelding's barrier manners and not affected by any outside influence, the Stewards deemed ANONYMOUS as a runner.

When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea and the degree of interference and carelessness and submissions from Jockey Grylls that he has been engaged to ride at the Singapore Race Meetings on Tuesday, 25 September 2018 and Friday, 28 September 2018.
