SATELLITE WARRIOR
Was crowded on jumping between MY GOLD, which jumped awkwardly outwards and PERFECT GIRL, which was carried inwards by LIM'S HUNTER. Approaching the 300m, had to be steadied outwards across the heels of FUSION POWER, which shifted inwards.

POMP
Jumped away awkwardly and was then bumped on the hindquarters by TOU SHOU BRIGHT, which was bumped inwards by COUSTEAU, which jumped awkwardly inwards. Became unbalanced near the 250m when bumped on the hindquarters by WHY NOT, which shifted outwards.

TOU SHOU BRIGHT
Bumped the hindquarters of POMP after being bumped heavily inwards by COUSTEA.

The Veterinary Surgeon reported that the gelding had returned with its saddle having shifted back during the race.

PERFECT GIRL
Jumped away awkwardly and was then carried inwards by LIM'S HUNTER, which jumped awkwardly inwards.

SPIRIT SEVEN
Jumped away awkwardly.

DRUGS OF ABUSE TESTING ¿ HUMAN URINE
RANDOM SAMPLES: 23 OCTOBER 2017

One human urine sample from the above-mentioned date was received for analysis under the MRA Rules and Regulations.

The sample was analysed and the sample with Sample Coding No. J029, which was taken from Mr Muhammad Amin Bin Hassan (STR42), a Senior Trackrider from Trainer CT Kuah¿s Stables, revealed the presence of Amphetamine and Methamphetamine, in excess of the threshold limits in the Rules and thereby defined as a prohibited substance under the MRA Rules of Racing.

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Tuesday, 03 April 2018, Mr Muhammad Amin Bin Hassan pleaded guilty to a charge under MRA Rule of Racing 136(3)(b) in that the urine sample he provided on Monday, 23 October 2017, upon analysis, was found to contain Amphetamine and Methamphetamine, a prohibited substance under the MRA Rules of Racing. When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record and the nature of the prohibited substance. The Stewards also took into account that Mr Muhammad Amin Bin Hassan had been stood down from working from Friday, 15 December 2017. As such, Mr Muhammad Amin Bin Hassan was disqualified for a period of one year with effect from Friday, 15 December 2017 to Friday, 14 December 2018. He was advised of his Right of Appeal.

On Friday, 06 April 2018, the Stewards concluded an Inquiry into the reasons for FRAGRANCE EMPIRE (M Ewe) having to check when racing between ROYAL DIWAN (App S Shafrizal) and COUNTRY BOSS (App CC Wong) approaching the 1000m. It was established that near the 1000m, FRAGRANCE EMPIRE checked when crowded for room between ROYAL DIWAN, which shifted outwards and COUNTRY BOSS, which shifted inwards after being bumped by SECRET SQUIRREL (C Grylls). In the circumstances, no blame could be attributed to any rider and as such, no further action was taken.
