STIPE'S REPORT
RACE 6 [TF1189]
CLASS 4 POLYTRACK 1200M

After arriving at the barrier, FAITHFULLY (D David) had its saddle readjusted.

SOUTHERN SPUR (V Duric), which was slow to begin, was eased shortly thereafter to avoid the heels of RUM N RAISINS (R Woodworth), which shifted outwards.

Approaching the 700m, LEGENDARY SUN (App CC Wong) had to be eased when tightened between SUPERSONICSURPRISE (R Shafiq) to its inside and THE GOLDEN GOAT (App P Dellorto), which was carried inwards slightly by FAITHFULLY.

FAITHFULLY and BOARD WALK (B Vorster) both raced wide throughout.

Near the 150m, HIKO YUNIKON (K A'Isisuhairi) raced in restricted room for a short distance between RUM N RAISINS and BOARD WALK, which was inclined to lay inwards.

Near the 100m, SOUTHERN SPUR raced in restricted room for a short distance between RUM N RAISINS and FAITHFULLY, which shifted outwards under pressure.

HIKO YUNIKON was disappointed for a run over the concluding stages between RUM N RAISINS and BOARD WALK, which laid inwards under pressure.

Jockey Duric, the rider of SOUTHERN SPUR, reported that his saddle shifted back at the start placing him at a disadvantage for the remainder of the race.

A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on LEGENDARY SUN which revealed that the horse returned having bled. In terms of MRA Rule 92(3), it will not be permitted to canter or gallop on the main training tracks of any racecourse for a period of two months, and may not start in any race for a period of three months, and then only after having satisfactorily passed a bleeder¿s test.
