STIPE'S REPORT
Due to a delay in the start time of Race 9, this race was put back five minutes and rescheduled to start at 2225Hrs.

Acting on veterinary advice that ZIPPY GENERAL (G Boss) was found to have a wound on its near-fore leg, the Panel of Stewards ordered its withdrawal at 2117Hrs. In terms of MRA Regulation 24.2, it must be presented to an Official Veterinary Surgeon prior to being declared to race again.

CAPTAIN ROYAL (App S Shafrizal), which was slow into stride, shifted outwards and bumped BAYU (D Beasley) at the start.

THE MIGHTY THOR (I Saifudin) was slow to begin.

JUBILATION (M Kellady) jumped awkwardly outwards and bumped VERBAL LINK (N Juglall).

STAR GENIUS (App H Syafiq) and MR SCORSESE (M Nunes) both raced wide throughout.

For the majority of the homestraight, THE MIGHTY THOR laid inwards under pressure, resulting in its rider having to stop riding and straighten the gelding on a number of occasions.

Jockey Beasley reported that BAYU hung outwards throughout, adding that whilst riding his mount along in the homestraight, he had to stop riding and straighten the gelding on a number of occasions. His explanation was noted. A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on BAYU which revealed no apparent abnormality.
