RACE 7 [TF0262]
OPEN HANDICAP 2000M

After arriving at the barrier, GURU-GURU (I Azhar) had its saddle readjusted.

GURU-GURU jumped awkwardly outwards and bumped QUECHUA (B
Vorster).

Shortly after the start, SQUIRE OSBALDESTON (App I Amirul) was tightened
for room between PERFECT P (O Placais) and ORDER OF THE SUN (App CC
Wong), which shifted outwards.

SQUIRE OSBALDESTON raced wide throughout.

PERFECT P raced wide from the 1500m until improving to the outside of
ORDER OF THE SUN near the 1100m.

GURU-GURU raced wide from the 1300m.

SONG TO THE MOON (N Juglall) made the turn into the straight wide.

SONG TO THE MOON then laid inwards under pressure over the final 200m
obliging its rider to stop riding and straighten his mount on a number of
occasions.

Subsequent veterinary examinations were requested on PERFECT P,
QUECHUA and GURU-GURU which revealed no apparent abnormality.

Jockey Placais will be questioned regarding the run of PERFECT P.
