STIPE'S REPORT
RACE 7 (R1589) CLASS 5 2000M

FASTNET STAR, a course scratching as it had skin allergy, will be required to pass a
veterinary examination before being declared to race again.

EMPEROR QIAN LONG, a course scratching as it had a sore back, will be required to
pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.

AMONGST THE STARS, a course scratching as it was bruised near fore tendon, will be
required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.

When questioned, Jockey J Shankar (KING FAALCON) stated that the gelding was
fractious in the barrier and when the gates were released, KING FAALCON reared, sat
back, put its head down and refused to jump with the field. He further stated that he had
called to the Starter not to release the field but the Starter released the field when KING
FAALCON was not ready to jump.

When questioned, the Starter stated that he had heard Jockey J Shankar called out and as
such, he had delayed the start to allow KING FAALCON to settle down. When he was
satisfied that KING FAALCON had settled down, he released the gate. However,
simultaneously KING FAALCON reared, sat back, put its head down and refused to
jump with the field. The explanation was noted. KING FAALCON will be required to
pass two (2) starting stall tests at weekly interval before being declared to race again.

VICTORY MARCH (C Goon) stumbled when the gates were released.

The Veterinary Surgeon reported that VICTORY MARCH returned having cast its near
fore plate.

A post-race veterinary examination of KING FAALCON revealed no obvious
abnormality. The gelding was impounded for further veterinary and analytical
examination.
