PANASONIC COOPERATION STAKES
OPEN BENCHMARK 83 1200M

Due to a delay in the start time of Race 2, this race was put back five minutes
and rescheduled to start at 1355Hrs.

RAPID KID (TH Koh) jumped away awkwardly.

NINETYSEVEN GOLD (O Chavez) and VALBUENA (A Munro) were both slow to
begin.

Near the 700m, THESE STREETS (M Rodd) eased after racing up and
becoming awkwardly placed on the heels of SOLARIS SPECTRUM (V Duric).

NINETYSEVEN GOLD raced wide from the 700m.

SOLARIS SPECTRUM was held up and unable to improve from the 600m until
the 300m.

Approaching the 200m, THESE STREETS rolled inwards making contact with
NINETYSEVEN GOLD, which was inclined to lay outwards and shortly after,
THESE STREETS mis-strode and became unbalanced.

Passing the 150m, FLAK JACKET (M Kellady) and VIVIANO (M Nunes)
bumped heavily.

The Veterinary Surgeon reported that GOT LUCK (R Shafiq) bled. In terms of
MRA Rule 92(3), it will not be permitted to canter or gallop on the main
training tracks of any racecourse for a period of two months, and may not
start in any race for a period of three months, and then only after having
satisfactorily passed a bleeders test.

A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on THESE STREETS
which revealed no apparent abnormality.
