GENERAL

SINGAPORE SEPTEMBER MEETING 2016
SUNDAY, 04 SEPTEMBER 2016:

RACE 11 [TF1141]

On Friday, 07 October 2016, the Stewards concluded an Inquiry into the
reasons for REDDOT RISING (D Beasley) having to be checked when racing
between SATELLITE PRINCE (N Juglall) and ELUSIVE EMPEROR (B Vorster)
passing the 100m. It was established that near the 100m, SATELLITE
PRINCE laid outwards making contact with REDDOT RISING. This resulted in
REDDOT RISING then making contact with ELUSIVE EMPEROR with REDDOT
RISING being buffeted and losing ground. In the circumstances, no blame
could be attributed to any rider and as such, no further action was taken.

RACE 11 [TF1141]

On Friday, 07 October 2016, the Stewards concluded an Inquiry into the
reasons for BLACK THUNDER (M Nunes) having to be checked when racing
between NAZIR (R Shafiq) to its inside and LUCKY JUSTICE (G Boss) and
SATELLITE PRINCE (N Juglall) to its outside. It was established that over the
concluding stages SATELLITE PRINCE laid inwards bumping LUCKY JUSTICE
which then carried BLACK THUNDER inwards slightly. BLACK THUNDER then
had to ease off the heels of NAZIR, which shifted out under pressure. In the
circumstances, no blame could be attributed to any rider and as such, no
further action was taken.
