Trainer ZL Mok, when questioned regarding the significant decrease in the
body weight of NORTH ATLANTIC ICE (I Saifudin), stated that the gelding

NORTHERN KNIGHT (O Placais) jumped away awkwardly.
Shortly after passing the 1000m, MAREA NEGRO (N Juglall), which was

NORTHERN KNIGHT got its head up when being eased off the heels of

racing tight between HORSE WARRIOR and NAZIR.
Near the 100m, DAVINCI had to be taken inwards across the heels of SUN
EMPIRE to obtain clear running.
The Farrier reported that both DAVINCI and VRAAD returned having cast
their off-fore plates.
The Farrier reported that NORTHERN KNIGHT returned having cast its near-

A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on VRAAD which
revealed that the horse returned not striding out freely.
