After arriving at the barrier, CASH BOX (I Saifudin) had its saddle readjusted.

CASH BOX and FLYING SHADOW (S John) were slow into stride.

REAL HERO (A Munro) was crowded on jumping between NAZIR (O Chavez),
which jumped awkwardly inwards and RUSTY BROWN (M Nunes), which
jumped awkwardly outwards.

Near the 50m, STIRLING (G Boss) had to be eased inwards away from
CASING ROYAL (K AIsisuhairi) which hung inwards over the concluding
stages.

SOLITAIRE (J Powell) and CASING ROYAL raced wide throughout.

The Farrier reported that RUSTY BROWN returned having cast its off-hind
plate.

A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on CASH BOX (I
Saifudin) which revealed no apparent abnormality.

SUNDAY, 26 JUNE 2016:

RACE 10 [TF0832]

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Friday, 15 July 2016, App H Syafiq, the
rider of GREAT SUN, pleaded guilty to a charge under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii)
in that whilst riding GREAT SUN in Race 10 at the Singapore Turf Club
Meeting on Sunday, 26 June 2016, near the 900m, he allowed his mount to
shift inwards, when insufficiently clear, thereby resulting in HIMALAYA
DRAGON (App R Zawari) having to be checked. When deciding on penalty,
the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea, the degree of
interference and carelessness and submissions from App H Syafiq that he has
been engaged to ride at the Singapore Race Meetings on Friday, 22 July
2016 and Sunday, 24 July 2016. The Stewards determined to suspend his
licence to ride in races and acting under MRA Rule 48(5), the commencement
of the suspension was deferred to begin on Monday, 25 July 2016 until
Sunday, 31 July 2016 both dates inclusive (two Singapore Race Days). He
was advised of his Right of Appeal.

2 coded urine post race Jockeys samples from the above-mentioned race
meeting were received for analysis under the MRA Rules and Regulations.

No prohibited substances were detected.

SUNDAY, 10 JULY 2016:

RACE 4 [TF0875]

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Friday, 15 July 2016, Jockey O Chavez, the
rider of TASSAJARA, pleaded guilty to a charge under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii)
in that whilst riding TASSAJARA in Race 4 at the Singapore Turf Club Meeting
on Sunday, 10 July 2016, approaching the 350m, he permitted his mount to
shift inwards, when insufficiently clear of SOON YI (I Saifudin), resulting in
that gelding having to be checked. When deciding on penalty, the Stewards
took into account his record, guilty plea and the degree of interference and
carelessness. Jockey Chavez was suspended from riding in races with effect
from Monday, 18 July 2016 to Sunday, 24 July 2016 both dates inclusive
(two Singapore Race Days) and was advised of his Right of Appeal.


REPORT FROM THE HEAD VETERINARY SURGEON ON MONDAY,
11 JULY 2016 THAT UNTAPPED (W514) FROM TRAINER J OHARA
STABLES HAD NOT BEEN VACCINATED AS REQUIRED IN TERMS OF
MRA REGULATION 20.1

Trainer J OHara was fined a sum of S$1,000 under MRA Regulation 20.6 by
failing to ensure that the Vaccinations were current for UNTAPPED (W514) as
required under MRA Regulation 20.1.
