OLYMPIC ANTHEM (M Rodd) was restless in the barrier. Trainer J Peters was
advised that a warning has been placed on OLYMPIC ANTHEM regarding its
barrier manners and to take steps to improve them or action may be taken in
future.

EL MILAGRO (D Beasley) was restless in the barrier. Trainer S Baertschiger
was advised that a warning has been placed on EL MILAGRO regarding its
barrier manners and to take steps to improve them or action may be taken in
future.

SEBAS (App K Toh) lost ground after beginning awkwardly.

TASSAJARA (K AIsisuhairi), which began awkwardly, made contact with
OLYMPIC ANTHEM. TASSAJARA then shifted outwards and bumped
TURQUOISE KING (S Anandan).

Shortly after the start, GOT LUCK (J Powell) shifted inwards and bumped
SEBAS.

OLYMPIC ANTHEM, GOOD NEWS (R Woodworth) and PIONEER SEVEN (M
Kellady) all raced wide throughout.

A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on GOT LUCK which
revealed no apparent abnormality.

A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on THE NUTCRACKER (B
Vorster) which revealed that the horse exhibited signs of respiratory distress
after the race. THE NUTCRACKER will be required to pass a 1000m gallop
trial and veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on PIONEER SEVEN
which revealed that the horse returned having bled. In terms of MRA Rule
92(3), it will not be permitted to canter or gallop on the main training tracks
of any racecourse for a period of two months, and may not start in any race
for a period of three months, and then only after having satisfactorily passed
a bleeders test.

Following the running of Race 7, Jockey Woodworth, the rider of GOOD
NEWS, was examined by the Course Medical Officer who declared him unfit
to fulfil his remaining riding engagement.
