RACE 8 [TF0160]
KRANJI STAKES D 1100M
DIVISION 2

Due to a delay in the start time of Race 7, this race was put back five
minutes and rescheduled to start at 1650rs.

MOLLY BROWNE (App CK Ng) began awkwardly.

DRAGON KING (App T See) was slow into stride.

SAVAGE STORM (App CC Wong) and ROMA (K Fujii) bumped on jumping.

Approaching the 800m, SAVAGE STORM shifted inwards abruptly and
bumped RACER KING (I Azhar) in onto SATELLITE PRINCE (App M Jailani).

Near the 700m, CASTLE QUEEN (R Woodworth) laid inwards and had to be
eased off the heels of TIM (A Da Silva).

CASTLE QUEEN raced wide throughout.

Approaching and passing the 400m, ROMA was taken wider on the track by
MOLLY BROWNE, which shifted outwards. MOLLY BROWNE continued to shift
outwards under pressure for the remainder of the homestraight. App Ng was
subsequently shown the film of the incident and warned to exercise greater
care when shifting ground in future.

Jockey Azhar reported that RACER KING was not striding out freely. A
subsequent veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormality.
