After arriving at the barrier, SUN EMPIRE (R Woodworth) had its saddle

The Farrier reported that SUN EMPIRE returned having cast its off-fore plate.
Subsequent veterinary examinations were requested on both BACHS AIR
and VIVIANO which revealed no apparent abnormality.

RACE 2 [TF1280] : SUCCESSION
The Stewards acceded to Trainer M Freedmans request to clear
SUCCESSION for racing subject to the submission of a subsequent urine
sample being free of any prohibited substance.
The SNTC Laboratory reported on 08 January 2016 that a sample which was
submitted on Tuesday, 05 January 2016 for analysis revealed the horse,
SUCCESSION, was clear of any prohibited substance and as such
SUCCESSION was cleared for racing.
