Shortly after the start, GRAND SEVEN SEAS (A Munro) and ROSEGOLD (A Da
Silva) bumped. ROSEGOLD then shifted outwards and bumped APPELLATION
(App R Shafiq) out onto the hindquarters of CONFALCON (S John).
Near the 1100m, APPELLATION laid inwards and had to be steadied off the
heels of VITALLY SECRET (App R Firdhaus).
VITALLY SECRET raced keenly passing the 1000m.
Near the 500m, REAL HERO eased outwards after becoming awkwardly
placed on the heels of VITALLY SECRET. As a result, CHEETAH KING (T Bell),
which was racing to the outside of REAL HERO, was hampered.
After passing the 400m, CONFALCON steadied to avoid the heels of ZAC
COMMAND (App CK Ng), which shifted inwards under pressure. App Ng was
subsequently shown the film of the incident and warned to exercise greater
care when shifting ground in future.
REAL HERO had a tendency to lay inwards over the concluding stages.

The Farrier reported that both APPELLATION and PERCIUS (App CC Wong)
returned having cast their near-fore plates.
Jockey John reported that CONFALCON was not striding out freely. A

bled. In terms of MRA Rule 92(3), it will not be permitted to canter or gallop
on the main training tracks of any racecourse for a period of two months,
and may not start in any race for a period of three months, and then only
after having satisfactorily passed a bleeders test.
