RACE 8 [TF0988]

Acting on veterinary advice that DRAGON KING (App T See) was found to be
lame near-fore, the Panel of Stewards ordered its withdrawal at 1625Hrs. In
terms of MRA Regulation 24.2, it must be presented to an Official Veterinary
Surgeon prior to being declared to race again.

MR WHITAKER (M Rodd) and LION MASTER (N Juglall) bumped on jumping.

GOLDEN RABBIT (App MM Firdaus) jumped inwards at the start bumping
LUCKY DAPPER (M Nunes), which in turn had been bumped by BELLUS
WONDER (M Kellady) when that gelding jumped awkwardly outwards.

Shortly after the start, STARPERFECT (S Sam) steadied when tightened
between DOMINY (App CC Wong) and BONJOUR BOB (I Azhar), which had
been carried outward slightly by BEST NINE (M Esposito).

STARPERFECT, which raced keenly in the backstraight, laid outwards making
the turn near the 900m and became awkwardly placed on the heels of LION

Passing the 300m, GOLDEN RABBIT was carried wider when LUCKY DAPPER
laid outwards under pressure.

Jockey Kellady reported that BELLUS WONDER was not striding out freely. A
subsequent veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormality.
