STIPE'S REPORT
RACE 10 [TF0636]
SINGAPORE AIRLINES INTERNATIONAL CUP
INTL-G1 SC (A) 2000M

FREE PORT LUX (M Barzalona), which was slow to begin, was bumped shortly
after the start by SMOKING SUN (S Pasquier), which shifted outwards
slightly.

COOPTADO (B Vorster) was slow into stride.

Racing to the 1800m, QUECHUA (CW Brown) and JOHNNY GUITAR (J
Moreira) both raced tight between SMOKING SUN and MEINER FROST (M
Matsuoka). Shortly after, JOHNNY GUITAR eased off the heels of QUECHUA,
which shifted inwards slightly from MEINER FROST. COOPTADO, which was
following, was hampered in consequence.

STEPITUP (M Nunes) raced wide throughout.

MILITARY ATTACK (Z Purton) had difficulty obtaining a clear run in the early
part of the straight.

The Farrier reported that MILITARY ATTACK returned having cast its both-
fore plates.

SLEW OF LODE (N Juglall), which raced poorly, will be required to pass a
1000m gallop trial and veterinary examination prior to being declared to race
again.
