STIPE'S REPORT
RACE 10 [TF0447]
JBBA MOONBEAM VASE LC (A) 1800M
SPORE G-3

Prior to the running of Race 10, the going was upgraded to good.

After arriving at the barrier, QUECHUA (CW Brown), MARTIN (I Saifudin) and
NATION THEATRE (N Juglall) all had to have their saddles readjusted.

VERGLATICA (App Z Zuriman) and DANGER ZONE (App R Shafiq) were both
crowded on jumping between THUMPING (App K AIsisuhairi), which jumped
outwards and BRILLIANT DEAL (A Munro), which jumped awkwardly inwards.

ONE RAR (M Kellady) raced wide throughout.

DANGER ZONE and THUMPING both had difficulty obtaining clear running in
the early part of the straight.

MARTIN laid outwards under pressure over the final 200m.

NATION THEATRE, which raced poorly, will be required to pass a 1000m
gallop trial and veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on BRILLIANT DEAL
which revealed that the horse returned not striding out freely. BRILLIANT
DEAL, which raced poorly, will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and
veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

The Veterinary Surgeon reported that FLAX (B Vorster) exhibited signs of
heat stress.
