STIPE'S REPORT
RACE 6 (R1166) CLASS 5 1400M(sc) SUCCESS 1990 HANDICAP

FLYING KISS, a non-acceptor which had sustained a bruised near fore fetlock, will be
required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.

Emergency acceptors HE CAN DANCE, GEORGIE BOY and NINETYFIVE ROCKET
were withdrawn due to a capacity field.

MARYLEBONE PARK (M Razali) was slow to begin.

At the 800M turn, RECORD TIME (M Yusri) raced wide.

RECORD TIME, EL JEYA (M Wepner) and MARYLEBONE PARK which raced
poorly, will each be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race
again.

Jockeys How Yang and J Low, the rider of WILL POWER and WELL BEYOND
respectively, reported that their mounts were not striding out freely. Post-race veterinary
examinations of WILL POWER, WELL BEYOND, CONTENTED (WK Yan) and EL
JEYA revealed no obvious abnormality.

A post-race veterinary examination of HOUSTON ROCKET (J De Souza) revealed that
the gelding had returned lame near fore and as such, will be required to pass a test
(1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.

When questioned regarding his ride on WYNN FOR ROSE in the straight, Jockey R
Burnett stated that he felt that there was something amiss with WYNN FOR ROSE and
was not striding out properly and therefore, he was reluctant to fully test his mount. The
Stewards noted his explanation. A post-race veterinary examination of WYNN FOR
ROSE revealed no obvious abnormality.
