SOON YI (WH Lao), SWISS BANK (M Ewe) and EXCAVATOR (App J See) were
all slow into stride.

EXCAVATOR was bumped by DRAGON NINETYNINE (M Zaki) shortly after the
start.

AMAZEALOT (App MM Firdaus), BENJIS RULE (App Y Ruzaili) and SOON YI all
raced wide throughout.

The Veterinary Surgeon reported that DRAGON NINETYNINE returned having
cast its near-hind plate.

A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on SECRET LIBERTY
(CW Brown) which revealed no apparent abnormality.

A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on SWISS BANK which
revealed that the horse returned having bled. In terms of MRA Rule 92(3), it
will not be permitted to canter or gallop on the main training tracks of any
racecourse for a period of two months, and may not start in any race for a
period of three months, and then only after having satisfactorily passed a
bleeders test.

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Tuesday, 07 October 2014, Jockey J Low,
the rider of SOON N LEONG, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding
under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that whilst riding SOON N LEONG in Race 2 at
the Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Friday, 19 September 2014, near the
200m, he allowed his mount to shift outwards, whilst riding it along, when
insufficiently clear, thereby resulting in TOMORROWS GOLD (L Allpress)
having to be checked and losing ground. When deciding on penalty, the
Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea, the degree of interference
and carelessness and submissions from Jockey Low that he has been
engaged to ride at the Singapore Race Meetings on Friday, 10 October 2014
and Sunday, 12 October 2014 and Selangor Race Meeting on Saturday, 11
October 2014. The Stewards determined to suspend his licence to ride in
races and acting under MRA Rule 48(5), the commencement of the
suspension was deferred to begin on Monday, 13 October 2014 until
Saturday, 18 October 2014 both dates inclusive (two Race Days). He was
advised of his Right of Appeal.

28 coded urine and 30 coded blood post race samples from the above-

Rehaizat, the rider of ABOVE DE PINNANCLE, in the presence of his Masters
B Trainer, Mr Young, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA
Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that whilst riding ABOVE DE PINNACLE in Race 2 at the
Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Friday, 26 September 2014, near the 900m,
he made insufficient effort to straighten his mount, thereby crowding SPEEDY
KID (YF Leong) onto VITALLY SECRET (CW Brown), which checked and lost
ground. When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his
record, guilty plea, the degree of interference and carelessness and
submissions from App Rehaizat that he has been engaged to ride at the
Singapore Race Meetings on Friday, 10 October 2014 and Sunday, 12
October 2014. The Stewards determined to suspend his licence to ride in
races and acting under MRA Rule 48(5), the commencement of the
suspension was deferred to begin on Monday, 13 October 2014 until
Saturday, 18 October 2014 both dates inclusive (two Race Days). He was
advised of his Right of Appeal.

The Stewards have concluded the Inquiry into the start of Race 2 held at the
Singapore Turf Club on Sunday, 28 September 2014. Evidence was taken
from Jockey M Kellady, the rider of NOTNOWTOMORROW and Trainer S
Baertschiger. Jockey Kellady pleaded guilty to a charge of negligence under
MRA Rule 152(5)(a) in that he failed to ensure that he was ready to start
whilst in the barriers on NOTNOWTOMORROW in Race 2 at the Singapore
Race Meeting on Sunday, 28 September 2014, thereby resulting in him being
severely unbalanced when the start was effected and his mount losing
considerable ground. When considering penalty, the Stewards took into
account submissions from Jockey Kellady, the nature of the charge, his
record and submissions from Jockey Kellady that he has been engaged to
ride at the Singapore Race Meetings on Friday, 10 October 2014 and Sunday,
12 October 2014. The Stewards determined to suspend his licence to ride in
races and acting under MRA Rule 48(5), the commencement of the
suspension was deferred to begin on Monday, 13 October 2014 until
Wednesday, 12 November 2014 both dates inclusive (a period of one
month). He was advised of his Right of Appeal.


REPORT FROM THE HEAD VETERINARY SURGEON ON TUESDAY,
07 OCTOBER 2014 THAT SUPER VICTORY (J205) FROM TRAINER B
DEANS STABLES HAD NOT BEEN VACCINATED AS REQUIRED IN
TERMS OF MRA REGULATION 20.1

Trainer B Dean was fined a sum of S$1,000 under MRA Regulation 20.6 for
failing to ensure that the Vaccinations were current for SUPER VICTORY
(J205) as required under MRA Regulation 20.1.
