RACE 2 [TF506]
RESTRICTED MAIDEN SC (D) 1200M
WEIGHT FOR AGE
(2 & 3 YEARS OLD)

RUAPEHU (J Powell) jumped away awkwardly and in so doing shifted
outwards making contact with STING (M Suhaimi).

DEMON KING (D Beasley) jumped away awkwardly.

RISING TIDE (App R Shafiq) was crowded on jumping between CITY OF
KIRKWALL (L Allpress), which jumped inwards and GOLDEN BRILLIANT (D
Flores), which jumped outwards at the start.

LITTLE LION (R Lim) was slow into stride.

DEMON KING and RISING TIDE mis-strode and lost ground passing the
800m.

Passing the 400m, TWICKENHAM (CW Brown), which was improving and
shifting outwards, steadied off the heels of CITY OF KIRKWALL, which shifted
inwards slightly.

Near the 300m, RISING TIDE shifted outwards and away from CLEVER
BRIGHT (A Munro), which shifted outwards abruptly when improving.

After passing the 300m, CITY OF KIRKWALL and TWICKENHAM were both
inconvenienced by KAURI PARK (M Nunes), which shifted inwards when
racing greenly.

A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on KAURI PARK which
revealed no apparent abnormality.
