STIPE'S REPORT
RACE 5 [TF477]
MEXICAN ROSE 2010 STAKES
CLASS 4 POLYTRACK 1100M

HAPPY FOREVER (App J See) was difficult behind the barrier. Trainer HW Tan
was advised that a warning has been placed on HAPPY FOREVER regarding
its barrier manners and to take steps to improve them or action may be
taken in future.

HAPPY FOREVER jumped away awkwardly and bumped the hindquarters of
BLACK SNOW (D Beasley). Thereafter, HAPPY FOREVER shifted outwards
making contact with MAGICAL SUNSET (App R Rueven), which jumped
awkwardly inwards.

MAGICAL SUNSET laid outwards from the 800m.

Whilst Stewards were of the opinion that it had not affected the placings,
Jockey L Allpress, the rider of RAPPOR, was reminded of her obligations to
ride her mount out fully to the end of the race.

App J See, the rider of HAPPY FOREVER, reported that the gelding had
returned with its saddle having shifted back during the race. This was
subsequently confirmed by the Veterinary Surgeon.

The Veterinary Surgeon reported that DON INAKI (V Leal) bled. In terms of
MRA Rule 92(3), it will not be permitted to canter or gallop on the main
training tracks of any racecourse for a period of two months, and may not
start in any race for a period of three months, and then only after having
satisfactorily passed a bleeders test.

Subsequent veterinary examinations were requested on both RAPPOR and
SCRAPPER WELL (App K AIsisuhairi) which revealed no apparent
abnormality.
