STIPE'S REPORT RACE 1 (R1473) Class 5  1200M (sc-A) THE SPORTS TOTO 5D STAKES WONDERFUL OCEAN (App S Mutaza) reared when the gates were released and lost ground. DUE HOME (Lou Ho) jumped away awkwardly. BEFLEDGED (J De Souza) raced ungenerously in the early stages of the race, got its head up on several occasions and continued to race ungenerously at various stages of the race. Racing to the 1000M, TOSHI TOSHI (App SS Vanan) shifted in resulting in MASQUERAIN (App How Yang) being taken in and DUE HOME (Lou Ho) having to be checked. An Inquiry into this incident was adjourned to a date to be fixed to allow Trainer T Yeoh, the Master of App SS Vanan, to attend the Inquiry. Racing to the 900M, BUENA VISTA (App AR Raiyan) shifted in and as a result, TOSHI TOSHI had to be checked. An Inquiry into this incident was adjourned to a date to be fixed to allow Trainer BT Lim, the Master of App AR Raiyan to attend the Inquiry. Racing to the 900M, Jockey Lou Ho, the rider of DUE HOME became extremely disadvantaged when his stirrup leather became undone and he lost the use of his off side stirrup iron for the remainder of the race and as a consequence, DUE HOME failed to finish the race. The Stewards inspected Jockey Lou Hos gear and were satisfied with his explanation. The Stewards opened an Inquiry into the running and handling of FAIRBORN (H Bukhari).
