STIPE'S REPORT
RACE 10 [TF199]
FORTUNE BOWL
SPORE-G3 SC (A) 2000M

Prior to the running of Race 10, Trainer H Takaoka advised the Stewards that
his instructions to Jockey A Munro, the rider of MITRE PEAK, if circumstances
permit, to ride back off the pace.

Near the 1700m, Jockey B Vorster attempted to ease MAURICE UTRILLO out
of the race. Shortly after, MAURICE UTRILLO fell and dislodged its rider. The
Veterinary Surgeon reported that MAURICE UTRILLO broke its near-fore leg
and was subsequently humanely euthanised.

LIZARRE (D Bonilla) was inclined to hang inwards in the straight.

Jockey O Chavez, the rider of MAKE A RETURN reported that the gelding
returned having cast its near-hind plate.

Jockey Vorster was subsequently examined by the Course Medical Officer and
stood down for the remainder of the day.
