STIPE'S REPORT RACE 1 (R742) Maiden  1600M (lc) BANCHORY, a course scratching as it had sustained bruising to its off fore tendon, will be required to undergo a veterinary examination before being declared to race again. The Stewards permitted Jockey J Low to replace Jockey M Wepner on GENERAL GREG as the latter was caught in traffic. Shortly after the start, SHINSHIN FUSHIN (A Kumar) steadied when crowded for room between NOW YOU CAN (App HS Gill) which jumped awkwardly outwards and I AM WHO I AM (C Goon) which jumped awkwardly inwards. TATTS (TM Wan) was difficult to settle in the early and middle stages of the race. SYCE CRACKER (HK Cheng), DONT SNORE (J Nizam) and GENERAL GREG (J Low) all raced wide on the first turn. FAIRBORN (S Sani) raced keenly and was difficult to settle in the middle stages of the race. Near the 400M, FAIRBORN was taken outwards by SHINSHIN FUSHIN which drifted outwards under pressure. Near the 300M, GENERAL GREG laid outwards, obliging its rider to stop and straighten. GENERAL GREG again laid outwards over the concluding stages of the race. A post-race veterinary examination of SHINSHIN FUSHIN revealed no obvious abnormality.
