STIPE'S REPORT
RACE 1 [TF1232]
CLASS 5 POLYTRACK 1000M
DIVISION 1

Trainer S Lam was fined a sum of S$500 in terms of MRA Rule 35(1) in that
BRING ME THE MONEY (App P Dellorto) was presented without a Cross Nose
Band which was part of its approved gear.

Prior to the start, SUPER STAR (R Lim), which was kicked whilst behind the
barrier, was examined by the Veterinary Surgeon and passed fit to race.

RISKY VENTURE (E Aslam) was slightly slow to begin.

BRING ME THE MONEY and WHYDOYOUASK (App R Zawari) bumped on
jumping.

Near the 900m, WHYDOYOUASK, which was laying inwards, made contact
with BRING ME THE MONEY.

SUPER STAR and SHEN KIM (O Chavez) both raced wide throughout.

WHYDOYOUASK was impounded for routine veterinary and analytical
examination. The Veterinary Surgeon reported no apparent abnormality.

Trainer S Chua, when questioned regarding the apparent improved
performance of SHEN KIM, stated that the gelding had lost considerable
weight after its last two starts over a relatively short period. He therefore
elected to give SHEN KIM a short break and he believed this had helped
contribute the improved performance. His explanation was noted.
