SINGAPORE AUGUST MEETING 2012
SUNDAY, 12 AUGUST 2012:
RACE 6 [TF1095]
On Sunday, 19 August 2012, the Stewards concluded an Inquiry into the
reasons for GOOD DAY (SH Low) having to check whilst racing to the inside
of SIR RUMBLE (App LQ Kek) approaching the 800m. It was established that
passing the 800m, GOOD DAY was crowded and had to be checked when SIR
RUMBLE, which had a tendency to lay inwards, shifted in. In the
circumstances, no blame could be attributed to any rider and as such, no
further action was taken. However, App Kek was warned and advised that
he must exercise greater care when shifting ground in future.
