DAVIDE (App R Zawari) was slow to begin.

Shortly after the start, READY TO STRIKE (G Cheyne) lost ground when
crowded between BRING MORE MONEY (D Chee) and EMERALD HILL (I
Saifudin), which shifted outwards.

Passing the 1100m, READY TO STRIKE momentarily steadied when crowded
between DAVIDE and BRING MORE MONEY.

RUSH (S Baster) raced wide without cover throughout.

TROPICAL FOREST (App T Rehaizat) raced wide from the 800m.

FRIDAY, 13 JULY 2012:

RACE 7 [TF943]

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Tuesday, 14 August 2012, Trainer HW Tan,
the Trainer of DARING SPLENDOUR, pleaded guilty to the charge under MRA
Rule 152(5)(a) in that he, as the Trainer and person responsible for that
gelding, did negligently present that horse to race on Friday, 13 July 2012 in
Race 7, Class 4, 1700m with modified Blinkers which were not approved as
authorised by the Stewards. When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took
into account his record and the nature of the charge. He was fined a sum of
S$3,000 and advised of his Right of Appeal.

SUNDAY, 15 JULY 2012:

RACE 3 [TF949]

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Friday, 17 August 2012, App WX Wong,
the rider of AFTERNOON DELIGHT, in the presence of his Master, Trainer S
Gray, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule
44(9)(a)(ii) in that whilst riding AFTERNOON DELIGHT in Race 3 at the
Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Sunday, 15 July 2012, near the 100m, he did
permit his mount to shift inwards, when insufficiently clear of ZAC VELOCITY
(J Moreira), which checked. When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took
into account his record, guilty plea and the degree of interference and
carelessness. App Wong was suspended from riding in races with immediate
effect from Friday, 17 August 2012 to Saturday, 18 August 2012 both dates
inclusive (two Race Days) and was advised of his Right of Appeal.

RACE 9 [TF967] : SAVILHRO

On Thursday, 02 August 2012, the Stewards acceded to Trainer M Walker's
request to clear SAVILHRO for racing subject to the submission of a
subsequent urine sample being free of any prohibited substance. The SNTC
Laboratory subsequently reported that a sample submitted to clear
SAVILHRO for racing was analysed and clear of any prohibited substances.
As such, SAVILHRO was cleared for racing.

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Tuesday, 14 August 2012, Jockey E Aslam,
the rider of MY NEW MAN, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under
MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that whilst riding MY NEW MAN in Race 8 at the
Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Sunday, 12 August 2012, near the 300m,
whilst riding his mount along, he allowed his mount to shift inwards, when
insufficiently clear, thereby crowding SACRED PRINCE (App LQ Kek), which
checked and lost ground. When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into
account his record, guilty plea, the degree of interference and carelessness
and submissions from Jockey Aslam that he has been engaged to ride at the
Singapore Race Meetings on Friday, 17 August 2012 and Sunday,
19 August 2012. The Stewards determined to suspend his licence to ride in
races and acting under MRA Rule 48(5), the commencement of the
suspension was deferred to begin on Monday, 20 August 2012 until
Saturday, 25 August 2012 both dates inclusive (two Race Days). He was
advised of his Right of Appeal.


RACE 11 [TF1100]

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Tuesday, 14 August 2012, Jockey O
Chavez, the rider of DANGER MONEY, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless
riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that whilst riding DANGER MONEY in
Race 11 at the Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Sunday, 12 August 2012,
shortly after passing the 200m, he made insufficient effort to straighten his
mount, thereby allowing it to shift outwards, when insufficiently clear,
thereby crowding MAGIC DIVA (App Z Zuriman) and ZAC VELOCITY (I
Saifudin) onto ROCK YOU (A Munro), resulting in MAGIC DIVA and ZAC
VELOCITY having to check. When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took
into account his record, guilty plea and the degree of interference and
carelessness. Jockey Chavez was suspended from riding in races with
immediate effect from Tuesday, 14 August 2012 to Sunday, 19 August 2012
both dates inclusive (three Race Days) and was advised of his Right of
Appeal.
