STIPE'S REPORT RACE 5 (R682) STAMPEDE HANDICAP, Class 5  1600M Emergency acceptor, RED CLIFF was withdrawn due to a capacity field. SERDANG MAN fly-jumped, causing Jockey M Wepner to become unbalanced in the saddle and lost ground. SEE ME FLY (HK Cheng), MADAM JADE (App HS Gill) and TELESCOPE (K Eirwan) were all slowly away. From the 300M to the 200M, RENDEZVOUS (App A Nawawi) was held up behind the heels of DUKE GREG (S Salee). Shortly afterwards, RENDEZVOUS shifted inwards across the heels of DUKE GREG in order to obtain clear running. Near the 250M, WARRING (S Sandana) switched inwards across the heels of BUKIT MAS CITY (T Lukasek) which shifted outwards under pressure. Near the 100M, SERDANG MAN switched inwards across the heels of DUKE GREG which was giving ground in order to obtain clear running. MAX FAME which raced poorly, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being entered to race again. App HS Gill, the rider of MADAM JADE, reported that his horse was not striding out freely. A post-race veterinary examination of MADAM JADE revealed no obvious abnormality. Post-race veterinary examinations of TELESCOPE, Y BEND and MAX FAME revealed no obvious abnormality.
