STIPE'S REPORT RACE 14 (R162) Class 4  1600M (short course-A) The race was delayed by 10 minutes and rescheduled to start at 6.00 pm. CONOSUR jumped away awkwardly. Racing to the 1100M, ATMOSPHERE which was over raced had to be checked to avoid the heels of RAMZ. RUSSIAN SAFARI jumped away awkwardly and due to the lack of pace early on decided to race to the front. ` Approaching 50M, CONOSUR forced to switch off KRIS KATANAs heels. The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that BRILLIANT TYCOON returned having cast its off fore plate and RAMZ returned cast its off hind plate. GENERAL REPORT(S) POST RACE URINE: 31ST DECEMBER  1ST JANUARY 2012 PERAK TURF CLUB DECEMBER/JANUARY MEETING 2012 The report dated 13th January 2012 (V11/93.1) from the Chief Analyst of Veterinary Forensic Laboratory stated that 44 coded urine and 44 sets of coded blood samples from the above mentioned race meeting were received on 2nd January 2012, for analysis under the MRA Rules and Regulations. POST RACE URINE: 7TH  8TH JANUARY 2012 PERAK TURF CLUB DECEMBER 2011/JANUARY 2012 MEETING A report dated 20th January 2012 (V12/01.1) from the Chief Analyst of Veterinary Forensic Laboratory stated that 66 coded urine and 66 sets of coded blood samples from the above mentioned race meeting were received on 9th January 2012, for analysis under the MRA Rules and Regulations. No prohibited substances were detected except for sample coded 03309 which revealed the presence of Dexamethasone. After decoding the sample number, it was established that this sample was reported to have been taken from the horse TURNINGOLD, which ran 2nd placing in Race 13 on 7th January 2012 at the Perak Turf Club December 2011 / January 2012 Meeting. On 26th January 2012, Trainer Dr Tan Swee Hock was advised of the contents of this report and his attention drawn to MRA Rule 134(12) which prohibits this horse from racing until it is cleared by the Stewards, and MRA Rule 137(1)/MRA Regulation 46.1 & 46.2 relating to the referee sample. Sample coded 13984 which revealed the presence of Dexamethasone. After decoding the sample number, it was established that this sample was reported to have been taken from the horse HAPPY THOUGHTS, which ran 2nd placing in Race 12 on 14th January 2012 at the Selangor Turf Club January 2012 Meeting. On 27th January 2012, Trainer Dr Tan Swee Hock was advised of the contents of this report and his attention drawn to MRA Rule 134(12) which prohibits this horse from racing until it is cleared by the Stewards, and MRA Rule 137(1)/MRA Regulation 46.1 & 46.2 relating to the referee sample. After decoding the sample number, it was established that this sample was reported to have been taken from the horse TAGMAMARAKAY, which ran 7th placing in Race 14 on 14th January 2012 at the Selangor Turf Club January 2012 Meeting. On 27th January 2012, Trainer Lim Boon Thong Johnny was advised of the contents of this report and his attention drawn to MRA Rule 134(12) which prohibits this horse from racing until it is cleared by the Stewards, and MRA Rule 137(1)/MRA Regulation 46.1 & 46.2 relating to the referee sample.
