STIPE'S REPORT RACE 2 (R1593) MR CITY which was down 17kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start. SINAR IMPIAN, a course scratching as it had fractured its off fore knee, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet after a 3-month embargo) before being entered to race again. GOLDHILL WINNER, a course scratching as it had sustained bruising to its near fore fetlock, will be required to undergo a veterinary examination before being declared to race again. The saddle on RAMZ had to be readjusted behind the barrier. GOLD STAR PRINCESS which dislodged Jockey SH Lee behind the barrier, was loaded into the barrier riderless with the permission of the Stewards. FANTASTIC GIFT was slowly away and thereafter showed no early pace. RAMZ laid outwards rounding the home turn. DELTA WING (H Barnabas) raced wide rounding the home turn and laid inwards in the home straight, obliging its rider to stop and straighten at about the 400M. Near the 100M, SMART ASSASSIN steadied off the heels of ANH YEU EM and in doing so, hampered JUST LET GO. Near the 100M, DELTA WING steadied off the heels of MR CITY which drifted outwards under pressure. A post-race veterinary examination of DELTA WING revealed no obvious abnormality. The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that HAPPY REALM returned having cast its near hind plate.
